7 июля коллектив Ray Manzarek and Robby Krieger of The Doors выступит в
Москве в концертном зале "Крокус Сити Холл", сообщили "Ленте.Ру"
организаторы концерта, агентство RIFF Entertainment.
Информация о выступлении указана и на официальном сайте
музыкантов. В графике мирового тура 2011 года указаны четыре концерта в
Мексике в марте и июльское выступление в столице России.
В Москве Манзарек и Кригер выступят вместе с сессионными
музыкантами, в том числе с вокалистом глэм-металлического коллектива
Steelheart Миленко Матиевичем, уроженцем Загреба. С ним клавишник и
гитарист The Doors уже гастролировали в 2010-м по США. Какую программу
исполнят Ray Manzarek and Robby Krieger of The Doors в "Крокус Сити
Холле", неизвестно. Вероятно, в нее войдут песни с нового альбома
Кригера "Singularity" и старые хиты The Doors.
Группа The Doors была основана в Лос-Анджелесе в 1965 году.
Помимо Манзарека и Кригера в состав коллектива вошли вокалист Джим
Моррисон и барабанщик Джон Денсмор. Квартет распался после смерти
